The very first thing you want to do when going viral on TikTok is to have an idea. You either need to do something else than everyone, or do the same as everyone else, just way better. what most people on TikTok are doing is just a dance or a challenge. You need to put a twist on that if you want your video to blow up and get lots of attention. It is definitely a good idea to use some of the popular sounds at the moment, but if you do the same thing as everyone else then there is no reason people should watch yours. 

Other than that sensations always create hits. you cant just make videos at home with no value and expect people to be super into it. With that being said this new platform gives you the ability to make something viral that you couldn't on Instagram, because there is so much attention on TikTok. 

So get an idea of what you want to make. It just needs to be:

• Something sensational
• Something different 
• something your audience is into (If you have an audience that is)  
• Something that everyone relates to or understands. 
• short, eyecatching

Step two:

 So when it comes to actually creating the content it is pretty simple. sometimes something sensational happens that you just have to make a video about, and other times you plan for the video ahead. We are going to talk about what you can do if you are planning ahead. 

First of you need to think about what audience you want to appeal to. And then make the video so it is understandable for them. The way the For you page works is that if you get good engagement (Likes, comments, shares, follows). Then your video is more likely to get pushed to more peoples for you page. It isn't known how big these factors are but it seems to affect your video whether people watch it all the way through or just the start of it. And also things about how many go to your profile.

So I have to admit that these steps weren't the best way I could present this information. But I think there are some places with a lot of value that you can get out of it.
